These Website Development Terms outline the conditions under which Wise Infotech provides website design and development services.
1.Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project
- 30% payment is required during the development phase
- Remaining 20% payment must be cleared before the website goes live
- The website will not be made live until full payment is received.
- Once the project work has started, no cancellation request will be eligible.
- If the payment is not cleared within 45 days, the Service Provider reserves the right to unpublish the website. The website will be made live again once the dues are cleared.
2. Revision Policy
- We provide a maximum of 5/6 revisions per project
- Unlimited revisions are not included.
- Additional revisions beyond the limit will be chargeable.
3. Website Preview & Access
- During development, the website will be password protected for preview purposes
- Access credentials (password) will be provided to the client for review
- After full payment is completed, the password protection will be removed and the website will be made live.
4. Final Delivery & Credentials
- After full payment, all necessary website credential (Admin Access) will be shared
- Once credentials are shared, Wise Infotech will not be responsible for:
- Any changes made by the client or third party.
- Website errors, data loss, or content issues caused by the client or third party.
- Any fixes or modifications after handover will be chargeable as per errors.
5. Final Check & Approval
- Clients must review the website and request any changes within 3–5 days of final delivery.
- Delayed revision requests may also result in project delivery delays, depending on our ongoing project workload.
- In such cases, Wise Infotech will schedule the updates as per availability, and immediate changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Project Timeline
- Standard delivery timeline is a minimum of 7 to 10 working days
- The exact timeline may vary depending on the project scope and complexity
- Delays in content or approvals from the client may extend the timeline.
7. Lifetime Support
- We provide lifetime support for technical issues caused from our end
- Such issues will be fixed free of cost.
- This does not include changes, upgrades, or third-party issues
8. Website Content Updates
- Minor changes (small text/image updates) may be done free of cost.
- Major changes (design changes, new sections, features) will be chargeable
9. Business Email
- Business email setup and credentials will be shared only after the website is live
- It is not possible to provide email & credentials before project completion.
- We strongly recommend clients to change passwords after receiving credentials
10. Client Responsibility
- Clients must provide all required content, images, and approvals on time
- Any delay from the client side may affect delivery timelines
