These Digital Marketing Terms define the scope, payment structure, and service conditions for all marketing services provided by Wise Infotech, including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
1. Payment Terms
- Clients may choose either:
- 100% advance payment, or
- 50% advance + 50% after 15 days
- If onboarding occurs after the 10th of the month, the client must pay a pro-rata amount for the remaining days of that month (e.g., 10th–30th/31st)
- From the 1st of the following month, the standard monthly billing cycle will apply
- All payments must be made on or before the due date to ensure uninterrupted service.
2. Late Payment Policy
- A grace period of 7 days is allowed after the due date
- If payment is not received within this period, services will be temporarily paused
- Services will resume only after pending dues are cleared
3. No Guaranteed Results
- Digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors such as competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
- Therefore, Wise Infotech does not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads, or sales
4. Advertising Spend (Ad Budget)
- The client is solely responsible for their ad spend budget (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Wise Infotech only manages and optimizes campaigns based on the allocated budget
- The agency is not responsible for platform ad charges or billing issues
5. Refund Policy
- Digital marketing services are non-refundable once initiated
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Active or completed campaigns
- Work already executed
- Platform-related performance outcomes
6. Fee Revision (Price Changes)
- Wise Infotech reserves the right to revise service fees based on:
- Scope changes
- Increased workload
- Market or platform changes
- Any changes in pricing will be communicated in advance
7. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI / Online Payment
- Other agreed digital payment methods
- All payments must be completed as per agreed timelines
8. Service Continuity
- Continuous service delivery depends on:
- Timely payments
- Client communication and approvals
