Refund & Cancellation Policy - Wise Infotech

At Wise Infotech, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services including Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing, App Development. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

 

1. Project Cancellation Policy

1.1. Clients may request cancellation of a project within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

1.2. If cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before work has started, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be provided.

1.3. Once the project work has started, no cancellation request will be eligible for a full refund.

 

2.Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds will only be processed in cases where:

  • The project has not been initiated.
  • Wise Infotech is unable to deliver the agreed service.

2.2. No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed Projects
  • Ongoing projects with significant work progress
  • Digital marketing services once campaigns are live
  • Social Media Manage once all setup is done & posting starts
  • Domain registration, hosting services, or third-party tools

3. Advance Payment Policy

3.1. All projects require an advance payment (minimum 30%–50%) before work begins.

3.2. This advance amount is non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

 

4. Service-Based Refund Conditions

4.1. Website Development:

  • Refunds are not applicable once design approval, domain purchase are completed or development has started.

4.2. Digital Marketing Services:

  • No refunds will be provided once campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO work) are initiated.
  • No refunds will be provided once all social media page setup is done & posting starts.

4.3. Custom Services:

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed and will be evaluated case-by-case.

5. Delay or Non-Response from Client

5.1. If the client fails to provide required information/content for more than 15 days, the project may be put on hold.

5.2. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

6. Refund Processing

6.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6.2. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

 

7.Changes to Policy

7.1. Wise Infotech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
