No Refund After Payment

This includes strategy planning, designing, coding, analysis, team allocation, and tool purchases when required. Since these processes start as soon as payment is confirmed, it becomes impractical and unreasonable to reverse them.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully received and acknowledged by Wise Infotech, it confirms your acceptance of the service contract, project scope, and the terms of this refund policy. Therefore, we encourage all clients to ensure clarity on the services and pricing before completing any payment.

Non-Refundable Services

Service Termination

If for any reason a project is terminated by the client after payment, no refund will be issued for the amount already paid. Clients are free to pause or postpone services, but the paid amount will remain non-refundable.

Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to understand the terms of the services offered. Clients are encouraged to communicate clearly, ask questions, and discuss expectations thoroughly with our team before making a payment. We will always provide honest and transparent information about what each service includes, estimated timelines, and results.

Exceptions

No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstances. Refund requests made due to change of mind, delay from client’s side, personal issues, or other reasons not related to service failure will not be entertained.
