The project will begin only after the agreement is reviewed and approved by the client.

2. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made only to Wise Infotech’s official current account or Wise Infotech’s business account.

  • Do not send payments to any personal account under any circumstance.

  • Payment details will be shared officially through our registered contact methods only.

3. Invoice & Payment Receipt

After successful payment, clients will receive:

  • Official Payment Receipt

  • Tax Invoice (if applicable)
    These documents will be shared via email or WhatsApp for your records.

4. Project Start & Work Process

Work will commence only after:

  • The agreement is approved

  • The initial payment or milestone payment is completed
    Any delay in payment may affect project timelines.

5. Refund Policy

Since our services involve time, planning, and digital work:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable

  • Refunds (if applicable) are provided only when aligned with the agreement’s terms

  • Any cancellation must be communicated in writing

Wise Infotech is not responsible for communication done outside these channels.

7. Delivery & Revisions

  • Project delivery timelines will follow the agreement.

  • Revisions included in the package will be clearly mentioned.

  • Extra revisions or additional features may incur additional charges.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, data, and project materials are kept strictly confidential and used only for project purposes.

9. Usage Rights

Clients will receive usage rights for the final approved work.
Wise Infotech may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By working with Wise Infotech, the client agrees to all terms listed above and acknowledges that these conditions help ensure smooth and professional service delivery.
