1. Service Scope

Wise Infotech provides services such as:

• Application Development

• Digital Marketing

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Social Media Marketing

• Branding & Content Creation

• Hosting and Technical Support

A detailed proposal or agreement will outline the exact scope, pricing, and timelines for each project. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements.

• Respond in a timely manner to requests and feedback.

• Supply content, media, or assets needed for the project.

• Review and approve drafts or development stages on time.
  Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may lead to project delays or additional costs.

3. Payment Terms

• All services require full or partial payment before work begins.

• Payment terms will be clearly stated in the project proposal or invoice.

• Wise Infotech reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.

• No refunds will be issued once payment has been made (see Refund Policy).

4. Timelines & Delivery

Wise Infotech will deliver services within agreed timelines. However, delivery time may change due to:

• Client delays in providing feedback or assets

• Technical changes or additional requirements

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet failure, etc.)

We will notify you in case of any unexpected delays.

5. Intellectual Property

• All original designs, code, and content created by Wise Infotech remain the property of Wise Infotech until full payment is received.

• Once paid in full, the ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

• Wise Infotech reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, or any other sensitive data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wise Infotech shall not be held responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Website downtime caused by third-party hosting or software providers

• Any business loss resulting from decisions made using our digital strategies

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project:

• With written notice

• For breach of contract

• Due to non-performance

In the event of termination, any completed work or outstanding payment will be settled immediately.

9. Amendments

Wise Infotech reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to clients directly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes must be handled in the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
